5.0 out of 5 stars This book explains a few things and is totally inspiring!! 27 Oct 2007

By Mrs. Se Webster

Format: Paperback

I used to work with Stuart back in his Norweb days and I have to say that this does now explain some of his behaviour and a few of the things he told me about in the time we worked together. Stuart is a lovely guy and I am really glad to hear that he has now sorted himself out as he deserves to be happy.

On the flip side of this, I can well imagine that this book would help a lot of people who have suffered in this manner, as it shows you can get through and survive against the odds - sometimes accepting help is the hardest thing though and often for no fault of your own.

I think Stuart is phenomenally brave to have written about this for the world to read and I look forward to his next book.

All the best

Sarah

"5.0 out of 5 stars I just wanted to be loved 12 Mar 2012

I read this book as soon as I have finished the first Please Daddy,no. I was compelled to read it,although sometimes hard to digest the horror that a so called parent can inflict on a child. What an inspiration Stuart is, too have the outlook on life that many people do not without going through such horrors. Its a must read. "
